2017 marks 90 years since the birth and 10 years since the passing of Mstislav Rostropovich. An exceptional evening pays tribute to this great cellist, the festival's director for many years, and brings together Gustavo Dudamel and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. A top-level performance of the cello concerto which Shostakovitch dedicated to his great friend "Slava", led on this evening by Edgar Moreau, one the final winners of the Rostropovich Competition. An opportunity to celebrate the ties between Rostropovich and the Grange au Lac, a gift from Antoine Riboud.
