2017 marks the first edition of a new project by the Modigliani Quartet: the Evian Chamber Orchestra brings together numerous festival performers and students from L'Atelier, an educational programme launched in 2016 aimed at the most promising young instrumentalists on the cusp between their higher education and the start of their career. With three days of joint collaboration and a concert alongside violinist Sayaka Shoji, the Evian Chamber Orchestra, led by members of the Modigliani Quartet, embarks on its first programme of all types of chamber music.
